The shock absorber is mainly used to suppress the shock when the spring rebounds after absorbing the shock and the impact from the road surface. When passing through uneven roads, although the shock-absorbing spring can filter the vibration of the road surface, the spring itself will reciprocate, and the shock absorber is used to suppress this spring jumping. So in order to maintain the shock absorber well, we have to pay more attention to the shock absorber oil.
1. During storage and use, the container and refueling tools must be clean and tight to prevent water and impurities from being mixed in, so as to avoid additive precipitation and oil emulsification and deterioration.
2. During use, if the shock absorber has no leakage, dismantle the shock absorber for regular maintenance every 40,000 to 50,000 km, and replace the shock absorber oil according to the specified amount at the same time.
3. When the shock absorber oil is lacking, HV15 low-temperature hydraulic oil can be used instead.
Therefore, when storing the shock absorber oil, it should be stored airtight and not placed in a place exposed to direct sunlight, so as not to cause deterioration of the shock absorber oil. When it is found that the shock absorber oil is insufficient, you can use HV15 low-temperature hydraulic oil instead of shock absorber oil.
