What is PIBSA
PIBSA (ME1000 Emulsifier) is a succinic anhydride (succinic anhydride) derivative. It is an ideal substitute for sodium petroleum sulfonate; it is mainly used in emulsified oil or semi-synthetic liquid formulations as the main emulsifier or auxiliary emulsifier; it can also be used in combination with sodium petroleum sulfonate or other nonionic surfactants with high HLB value , to achieve good resistance to hard water and emulsion stability. ME1000 also has a certain coupling effect, which helps to stabilize the concentrate.
PIBSA emulsifier is an emulsifier prepared from highly active organic chemical materials. It can be used to produce various packaging and bulk emulsion explosives, greatly improving the stability of emulsion explosives, and extending the storage period of explosives by more than one time.
The dosage in the concentrate of the metal working fluid is: 1-10%; usually 3-5%; due to its acidity, alkanolamine or potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide can be flexibly selected in the formula.
