Engine lubricant additive T109 Calcium Alkyl Salicylate

1. DESCRIPTION

T109 Calcium Alkyl Salicylate is a lubricating detergent. It can provide lubricants with strong acid neutralizing ability, detergency & dispersion effects and antioxidation property as well. It also has good thermal stability, oil solubility, antifoam and anti-hydrolytic properties.

 

2. APPLICATIONS

Different from Calcium Sulfonate, it doesn’t contain sulfur, so it is particularly suitable for blending environment-friendly engine oils, such as high level engine oils and marine oil.

 

3. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

Used for engine oil , the recommended dosage is from 2.0%~3.0% .

5. PACKING AND STORAGE

It is packed in 200 liter metal drums. Store in dry, clean and well ventilated warehouses.

The highest handling temperature should not exceed 75ºC; long-term storage temperature should not exceed 45 ºC.
