Worm gear oil additive

It usually occurs on a vertically installed reducer, mainly related to the amount of lubricating oil added and the choice of lubricating oil. When installed vertically, it is easy to cause insufficient lubricating oil. When the reducer stops running, the gears cannot get the proper lubrication protection, and the lack of effective lubrication during startup or operation leads to mechanical wear or even damage.
Some lubricating oil additives can be selected to make the gear oil still adhere to the gear surface when the reducer stops running, forming a protective film to prevent direct contact between metals under heavy load, low speed, high torque and starting. The additive contains sealing ring regulator and anti-leakage agent, which keeps the sealing ring soft and elastic, and effectively reduces lubricating oil leakage.
