The first step, the alkylation reaction
The nonene fraction at 123-175 ℃ is cut from the superposed gasoline by distillation, and the nonene reacts with naphthalene under the action of concentrated sulfuric acid catalyst to generate dinonylnaphthalene (at the same time, monobenylnaphthalene and nonane are generated).
The second step, sulfonation reaction
Dinonylnaphthalene reacts with oleum to generate dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid.
The third step, bariumization reaction
Dinonylnaphthalenesulfonic acid reacts with barium hydroxide to form barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate (including neutral barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate and basic barium dinonylnaphthalenesulfonate).
